For some items, there are only 5 nails displayed. When you purchase your Over Polished Press on nails, you will be given all 10 nails. The second set of nails for your other hand will mirror the designs exactly. Both hands will have the same design but in oppisite order. For example, if one hand has a design on the thumb, the other hand will have the same design on the pinky.

Over Polished does NOT recreate other artists' work. We can however, work on a custom design using multiple pictures or color schemes as reference. Please fill out the Contact Us form and we can work on a custom design just for you!

Since all Over Polished Press Ons are made by hand, there are NO refunds or returns. If your item is lost during transit, a replacement set will be sent out with no charge. We do NOT offer refunds for lost items. (Please see *Replacement Nail Option"). We are NOT responsible for any delays once shipped. Please understand that this is out of our hands. 

Over Polished also knows accidents happen and sometimes we can lose a nail. In this case, a Replacement Nail will be sent out for $3 plus shipping and handling. After you reorder your replacement nail please fill out our Contact Us form and we will respond to you within 24-48 hours. However, if you need to speak with someone right away please email OverPolishedllc@gmail.com.  For either type of communication please include previous order number, required design, which finger, and nail size in millimeters.

I do my best editing photos to reflect what your nails will look like. Screens and lighting can affect the way some colors or water color decal's are pictured. If this happens, there will be a note in the item's description box.

**Shape/sizes are not all universal. Our size chart is a general guideline - though long stiletto and long coffin may fit slightly more narrow as a result of their shape. To ensure your fit before placing your order; we offer many ways to get your perfect size. You can purchase a Sample Sizing Kit for 3$ plus shipping and handling. Or, in the Shapes and Sizing Menu, there are step by step tutorials on sizing your natural nails to fit your Over Polished press on nails. Make sure you are taking your time in measuring your nail size, as I will not be responsible for misfits. Misfits can not be exchanged/refunded. All products are custom made to order for personal care and cannot hygienically be reused, so unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

When wearing your press ons please do not use them as tools. Avoid picking up, scratching, etc as you may risk damning the paint or wearing down the sides. Over Polished will NOT be responsible for nails that are damaged due to application or removal.

Please ensure your measurements are correct when ordering. They are made following the provided measurements. Over Polished will not be held responsible for nails that do not fit.
